In today’s interview, I connect with my friend Rachel Sharfin in Seattle, WA (the first city in the US to experience a major COVID-19 outbreak), and discuss what her life is currently like there.
Additionally, she recently took an emergency trip to NYC in mid-March for family health reasons, so I was glad to discuss her experience traveling during the coronavirus pandemic as well. So glad I was able to record the interview to post on this channel!
I hope you all find this chat as informative as I did about the current conditions in Seattle. It sounds like the citizens have been through a rollercoaster over the past month! I am holding out hope for their city as the number of new cases is slowly starting to decrease. Fingers crossed they will be proof that early social distancing can really help!
