I consider Tumi to be the top luggage brand. It’s a brand synonymous with business and luxury travel, and it is coveted the world over.
Whenever I’ve flown first class or entered an airport lounge, almost every business traveler around me has a Tumi carry-on in tow. I’ve always longed to be part of that inner circle.

I had initially ordered my bag with the free monogramming, but as you will see in the video, my name template is blank. To provide background, I reached out to ebags.com and their customer service got back to me in less than 24 hours saying I could either exchange my bag or bring it into a nearby Tumi store to get it monogrammed free of charge. Despite the error with my order, I loved how quickly ebags was able to respond and fix the issue.
