White Sands National Park is such a fun place to visit!!!
In this video, I share 14 IMPORTANT tips to make sure your trip to White Sands is the best it can be!
Last spring, my friends and I visisted White Sands National Park during a longer New Mexico road trip that also included stops in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
While in the White Sands area, we stayed at a top-rated motel in nearby Alamogordo, and we had a blast exploring the park’s sandy terrain and sledding down the dunes!
It’s actually one of the newest US National Parks, and was promoted from White Sands National Monument to having a true National Park designation on December 20, 2019. As with all of the other parks, you can use your America The Beautiful Pass to enter!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting if you’re in New Mexico!
With that, there are some very important tips to know before embarking on a visit to White Sands National Park. In today’s video, I share ’14 must-knows before you go’ that will keep you safe, hydrated, dry, fed, and happy while you’re there.
Hope you find this video helpful for planning your visit! If there are any tips that I missed, feel free to add them in the comments!
Cheers, and happy travels!
